MaxoTools.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on MaxoTools.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (e.g. a URL) for us to locate it;
  • Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Where to send notices

Please submit your DMCA notice via our Contact page. Incomplete notices may delay processing.

3. Counter-notification

If you believe material you posted or that concerns you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your identification of the material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.

4. Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict access for users found to be repeat infringers.

5. Note on tool output

MaxoTools provides general-purpose text, encoding, and PDF conversion tools. We do not host, review, or curate the content users process through these tools, and we are not in a position to pre-screen user-submitted content for copyright issues.
